Get a taste of the season and spirit of community at the TREMÉ CREOLE GUMBO FESTIVAL. Jazz & Heritage Foundation celebrates the historic neighborhood's rich cultural heritage with music from Kelly Love Jones, the Original Pinettes Brass Band, the Hot 8 Brass Band, the Rebirth Brass Band and more, plus arts and crafts, a kids' tent and, of course, gumbo. Also check out the cooking demonstrations. The music in Armstrong Park is from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Take a taste of the fest fun here.
