Da Judah’s Kitchen has claimed first place and the People’s Choice Award in the 2025 Lehigh Valley Vegan Chef Challenge , organizers announced this week.

The month-long competition, which ran from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15, invited local restaurants to showcase their plant-based culinary creativity. More than 400 ratings and reviews were submitted by area diners who sampled vegan dishes at participating establishments throughout the Lehigh Valley.

DaJudah’s is located in Allentown and serves authentic African cuisine, its website states.

Forks Mediterranean Deli earned second place and was named the Meat Eater Favorite, while Curious Goods at The Bake Oven Inn took third place honors and received recognition for Outstanding Plant-Based Innovation.
