Olivia and Noah are still the most popular baby names in the U.S., according to new data from BabyCenter.
The popular pregnancy and parenting site said Olivia and Amelia have firm grip on the No. 1 and No. 2 spots for girls. Both names have been in the Top 3 for Mississippi since 2013, according to the Social Security Administration.
The top name for the Magnolia State, Ava, fell out of BabyCenter's national Top 10 this year, ranking No. 11 nationally. It's been the top pick for Mississippi families for more than a decade.
Two new names climbed the rankings. Eliana was seventh, and Aurora came in ninth. The other girl name to fall from the most popular list was Luna, which dropped to No. 13.
BabyCenter said the Top 5 boy names were the same as in 2024: Noah, Liam, Oliver, Elijah
