The semi driver accused of causing a chain-reaction crash that killed three people in Ontario last month is no longer facing allegations that he was under the influence of drugs at the time.
Jashanpreet Singh, a 21-year-old resident of Yuba City, is accused of crashing his speeding big rig into slowly moving vehicles on the 10 Freeway on Oct. 21, resulting in the deaths of three people.
