ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) - The Cave Spring Volunteer Fire Department is putting new tools to work... tools the department says will help crews respond faster and more safely during emergencies.
The department recently made major upgrades using more than $50 thousand in community donations.
Cave Spring Volunteer Fire Department, working alongside its Roanoke County Fire and Rescue partners, is now the first in the county to deploy electric battery-powered rescue tools.
