Shillong, Nov 6: The Jaiñtia National Council (JNC), Western Zone has expressed concern over the manner in which various recruitment examinations are being conducted by the DSC.
Leaders of the JNC led by its zonal president Hameihi Bamon met the West Jaintia Hills Deputy Commissioner today with a request to adopt improved and systematic methods for conducting examinations for a fair and transparent recruitment process.
Stating that there are irregularities in recent recruitment, the JNC pointed out that although admit cards with roll numbers were issued, the seating arrangements inside the examination halls were not organised according to roll numbers, allowing candidates to sit at any desk of their choice.
