Surveillance cameras inside a Steelton mini mart recorded the moments just before a flurry of gunshots killed a man and injured his brother last month.

Prosecutors played the footage in a Dauphin County courtroom Thursday morning to show why police charged Quadir Rameau with first-degree murder.

Kenyatta Henry, 26, left the Phoenix Mini Mart at 36 South Fourth St. with his younger brother just before 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 7. But then the brothers reentered the store and walked up to Rameau, 23, in a snack food aisle.

Surveillance footage showed Henry, clad in a beanie and jacket, having a brief interaction with Rameau, who police say used to be friends with Henry’s brother.
