Much of the nation will enjoy Thanksgiving dinner this year with a side of precipitation, according to the Old Farmer’s Almanac.

The publication has released a forecast for the weather on Thanksgiving week, which includes rainy or snowy weather across much of the United States.

“The West Coast will experience the wettest conditions, with heavier rainfall in the southern Pacific Northwest and steady showers across California and Nevada,“ reads the forecast on the Old Farmer’s Almanac website. ”Elsewhere, precipitation is scattered: the Desert Southwest and southern Texas may see isolated showers, while the Ohio Valley and Heartland face brief rain later in the week.”
