STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. (WETM) — A Bath man has been arrested after deputies said he forced someone to sexual contact in 2024.

Frederick T. Baldock, III, 51, was arrested on Wednesday, Nov. 5, on the charge of criminal sexual act in the first degree (class B Felony), as stated in a release from the Steuben County Sheriff's Office.

Baldock III's charge stems from an investigation by deputies into the report of sexual assault, according to the release. Deputies said Baldock III allegedly forced another person to engage in sexual contact in September 2024.

As a result, Baldock III was charged with the above-listed crime, arraigned in court, and sent to the Steuben County Jail.
