TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is set to begin reducing flights in major U.S. airspaces starting Friday due to a shortage of air traffic controllers.
The Tucson Airport Authority, which operates Tucson International Airport (TUS), is aware of the impending changes and is working with airlines and industry associations to address potential impacts, according to a press release.
