ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -The City of Olivette said Thursday police there arrested a man at Windsor Middle School in Jefferson County related to a domestic abuse investigation.

The city said Alexander Thomas Julian was booked into the St. Louis County Jail Wednesday. He was being held on a $100,000 bond.

Julian was charged with two counts of third-degree domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

Court documents stated Julian visited the victim, who had recently broken up with him, to return their belongings.

The victim told police he entered their home and closed the door behind him after they had told him he was not welcome in. Court documents stated the victim repeatedly asked Julian to leave and recorded the interaction on their phone.
