Shirley Valentine star Pauline Collins has died at the age of 85, as her family paid tribute to the 'warm, funny, generous, thoughtful and wise' actress.
The screen legend was surrounded by her family when she died in a London care home, having battled with Parkinson's disease for several years.
Pauline 'could not have had a more peaceful goodbye', her heartbroken loved ones have said.

A family statement said: "We are heartbroken to announce that Pauline Collins died peacefully at her care home in Highgate this week, having endured Parkinson's for several years. She was surrounded by her family.
