Red Cow shares holiday pop-up plans for its Minneapolis and Wayzata restaurants

Red Cow is bringing back its holiday pop-up events, including a new one in the western suburbs.

For the third year, Red Nose Room will take over the restaurant's Uptown Minneapolis location from Nov. 21 through Jan. 4. Meanwhile, the Twin Cities-based chain will launch the new Snow Globe Social in Wayzata on Nov. 25.

"The community has really embraced Red Nose Room the last couple years, so we wanted to create something new this year that our west metro guests can enjoy,” says Luke Shimp, owner of Red Cow and Red Rabbit.

“Snow Globe Social is our very own winter wonderland experience at our Wayzata location, complete with twinkling lights, snowflakes, decorations, and signature holiday beverages, plus food features.”
