A suburban chiropractor has been accused of illegally videotaping dozens of patients as they undressed using hidden cameras in his office, authorities said, and now they're searching for more potential victims.

Chiropractor David Hanson, the owner of Hanson Family Chiropractic in Batavia, faces numerous counts of producing, disseminating and possessing child pornography and unauthorized video recording of a minor, the Kane County State's Attorney's office said Thursday.

The state's attorney's office said an investigation found Hanson videotaped more than 180 patients as they undressed or unclothed using hidden cameras "secretly placed throughout his chiropractic office."

The victims, who were mostly female, range in age from children to adults.
