ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) - There's local coffee brewing in College Town with the opening of Mocha House in Rochester.

The Yemeni-style coffee shop brings specialty coffees, lattes, and more to Mount Hope Avenue as well as a homemade dessert case featuring some Middle Eastern favorites.

News 8's Natalie Kucko got a tour inside the shop Thursday, including a tutorial on their unique coffee-making process by stovetop.

You can find the full interview with Mocha House's owner, Akeel Sailan, as part of ‘What’s In Store’ on the RochesterFirst streaming app, which begins streaming at 10:30 p.m.

Mocha House is open seven days a week, Sunday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
