TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— This holiday season, Menards is doing its part to spread Christmas spirit by trying to give all kids a toy to unwrap on Christmas morning.
The retailer is kicking off its annual holiday toy drive. All Menards stores are collecting new toys for local kids in need. Unwrapped presents can be placed in the drop box by the exit door. The toys will be donated to the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program.
"It's just important for us to make sure all the kids have a good Christmas and have joy, the family and stuff like that," said Hunter Cushman, GM of Terre Haute South Menards. "It's just a little token of appreciation that we can give back to the community and just involve everyone."
The toy drive is going on now until December 15th.
