With thousands of cars flying by, a stack of charred belongings is the only things remaining after a fire tore through a homeless encampment under an on-ramp headed to the West Bank.

The Loyola Avenue on-ramp to US-90B towards the West Bank is closed indefinitely after a fire broke out at a homeless encampment early Sunday morning.
