Rockefeller Center’s iconic Christmas tree is on its way to New York City. The 75‑year‑old, 75‑foot Norway spruce was donated by a family in upstate New York, where it had stood on their property since the 1920s. The tree will arrive Saturday, be decorated with energy‑efficient LED lights, and officially lit on Dec. 3.
