HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio (WXIX) - A man has been charged after stabbing and killing his father at a home in Dillonvale Thursday evening, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

The stabbing occurred just after 7 p.m. along the 8300 block of Wicklow Avenue.

Upon arrival, deputies found a 69-year-old man with stab wounds.

Authorities said that the man’s 33-year-old son had admitted to stabbing his father to death at the home.

The son has been charged with murder and tampering with evidence.
