Three arrested after police raids of Baltimore smoke shops uncover illegal drug sales

The Baltimore Police Department's Southeast District Action Team has successfully wrapped up a months-long investigation into illegal drug sales, leading to the arrest of three individuals and the seizure of large amounts of marijuana and other items from two smoke shops.
