LUBBOCK, Texas (TTU) - Senior Bailey Maupin gave the Lady Raiders a fourth-quarter spark to help defeat the UTSA Roadrunners on Thursday night at the United Supermarkets Arena, 79-52.

Maupin led the way with 19 points and went on a run in the final quarter to propel the Lady Raiders (2-0) to victory after scoring 11 points on 3-for-4 (.750) shooting from behind the arc in the period. She added two assists, a steal and a block for the team and went 6-for-11 (.545) overall from the field, moving to 14th in all-time scoring for Texas Tech.

Senior Snudda Collins went back-to-back games in double-digits as she scored 16 points, going 5-for-12 (.417) from the field and shooting 50 percent from the three (3-for-6). Collins also tallied two assists, four rebounds and a block in the game. Sarengb
