FERRY COUNTY, Wash. -- People across Ferry County are without power on Thursday night, according to Ferry County Sheriff's Office.

Around 9:30 p.m. on November 6, FCSO announced a "near county-wide" power outage.

No time for when power is expected to be restored was provided.

FCSO said residents should be mindful of the call load to dispatchers and only contact the sheriff's office in the event of an emergency.

No information as to what might have caused the outage was given.
