Shane Landau scored the game’s lone goal in the second half to spark second-seeded Christian Brothers Academy to a 1-0 win over seventh-seeded St. Thomas Aquinas in a South Jersey Non-Public A quarterfinal in Lincroft.

Landau scored in the 73rd minute off an assist from Will Drechsler as Christian Brothers Academy improved its record to 15-2-4 and advanced to meet third-seeded St. Augustine Prep in Monday’s sectional semifinals.

Brady LePore made seven saves in goal for Christian Brothers Academy, which has won five of its last six games.

St. Thomas Aquinas fell to 9-10-1.
