Journey is on its final journey as the legendary rock band, which formed in 1973, recently announced its farewell tour for 2026.

The “ Final Frontier Tour ” will play PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford at 7:30 p.m. on March 14, 2026. Hartford is just the ninth date on the tour that is promoted by AEG Presents.

The Connecticut show follows a string of performances in Canada. Unlike a lot of tours where bands play Connecticut in between shows in New York and Boston, on this one Journey plays Hartford then heads to the Midwest, not returning to New England until June.

The tour follows a series of public disputes between band members and the announcement of the eventual departure of longtime keyboardist Jonathan Cain. The current lineup of Journey has one founding member, guitarist Neal Sc
