AUSTIN (KXAN) — Lake Travis capped off an undefeated regular season with a 40-14 win over Austin High on Thursday.

The No. 4 Cavaliers, now 10-0 overall and 5-0 in District 26-6A, await their bi-district opponent from District 25 as the playoffs begin next week.

Weiss upset previously undefeated Anderson 28-7 at The Pfield in the KBVO Game of the Week. The Wolves will play La Porte, the District 11-5A1 champ, in the bi-district round next week. Anderson will take on Friendswood at 3 p.m. Saturday at House Park.

Del Valle scored its first district win over Akins 27-20, and Austin LBJ pounded Eastside 58-6 to wrap up the District 13-4A1 title.

Buda Johnson fell to Cibolo Steele 42-7.
