CHICAGO — Two men were shot Thursday night in Chicago Lawn.

Officers responded at around 8:20 p.m. to the 6700 block of South Western on the report of a shooting.

Police believe a 36-year-old man and a 49-year-old man were outside when an SUV approached them.

The 36-year-old sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the body and was transported to Christ Hospital in serious condition.

The 49-year-old man sustained a graze wound to the left shoulder and refused medical attention.
