Broadway giant Tommy Tune has lowered the price of his Manhattan penthouse by almost $1 million, Gimme Shelter has learned.

The stunning Sutton Place home, which features a massive terrace bigger than most New Yorkers’ apartments, is now asking $2.15 million — down from its $2.9 million ask earlier this year, as Gimme exclusively reported. It had asked $2.2 million in 2022.

The Texas-born star’s swanky spread, at 400 E. 52nd St., is 900 square feet and comes with one bedroom and one bath. He bought the residence in 2007 for around $1.3 million, according to reports.
