CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — The Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) was able to arrest multiple individuals and seize different types of narcotics on November 5.

CPD made a total of 5 arrests, seized illegal narcotics and seized 4 firearms, with 2 being confirmed stolen, according to the Chattanooga Police Department Facebook.

In one stop, officers recovered multiple types of illegal narcotics and a stolen handgun from a convicted felon prohibited from possessing firearms.

In another stop, officers recovered a stolen firearm following a foot pursuit.

Additional stops resulted in more firearms and drugs being seized, along with individuals wanted on warrants being taken into custody.
