TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Next week, a public panel discussing food insecurity will be hosted by the Indiana State University College of Arts and Sciences.
The university said the Economic and Ethics community panel will give the community a chance to learn and explore the economic, social and ethical aspects of food insecurity in our community.
“By bringing together leaders from higher education, grassroots organizations, schools, and local services, we’re creating space for open dialogue and practical solutions,” said Katrina Babb, senior instructor of economics and director of the Center for Economic Education at Indiana State. “Our hope is to foster understanding, inspire action, and build new partnerships that strengthen support for families facing hunger,” she added.
