While some parts of Michigan are bracing for 4 or more inches of snow this weekend, Detroit residents are likely only to see about 1 inch, the National Weather Service says.
" Rain this morning with dry and breezy conditions for this afternoon (Nov. 7)," the National Weather Service in Detroit said on X on Nov. 7. "Temperatures turn colder over the weekend with a chance for accumulating snow Saturday night (Nov. 8) through Sunday (Nov. 9)."
Light snow is forecast to start Sunday night, Nov. 9, and continue through Tuesday night, Nov. 11, in southeast Michigan, according to the NWS.
This weekend, temperatures in Detroit will be in the 40s during the day, with lows dropping to the 20s-30s at night.
