BAY CITY, MI – Jack Wetters is accustomed to the spotlight as a four-year starting quarterback.
But he sometimes gets lost in the shadows as a linebacker – the perfect place to unleash his dark side.
“Oh, yes, he is physical – sometimes too physical,” All Saints coach Eric Gust said. “He’ll be out there making the big hits and he’ll have that grin on his face. He knows he’s doing damage.”
Wetters closed out his prep career in a 22-14 loss to Kingston, delivering one final heavy-hitting performance in the eight-player football Division 1 playoff opener. That landed the senior star the final MLive Bay City Player of the Week for 2025.
