ST. ALBANS, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A drug arrest was made in St. Albans after a man attempted to flush oxycodone pills down a toilet, according to the St. Albans Police Department.
Police said the arrest happened November 6 after conducting surveillance in the St. Albans Mall parking lot.
Markale Foster, 29, of Charleston, was meeting with an individual on the driver side of his vehicle.
The vehicle was stopped and Foster was arrested.
At the St. Albans Police Department, officers found a large plastic bag on Foster.
He began physically fighting with officers and attempted to flush the bag down the toilet, police said.
Officers recovered 141 30 milligram Oxycodone pills from inside the toilet.
Foster is being held at the South Central Regional Jail on a $25,000 cash bond.
