Homeowners living on one street claim they are struggling to sell their properties thanks to their neighbour's 'eyesore' garden.
Neighbours in Dalgety Bay, Fife, Scotland have been battling with an artist who has created a 'monstrosity' in his garden, and they've been informed there is no 'legal power' to force its removal.
A decade ago, Denis Carbonaro began stacking items such as discarded shopping trolleys and prams, claiming it was 'modern art', and has even extended it with a display of his 'pants.'
Denis has refused to remove the sculpture he claims he made in protest of people not appreciating his work - despite it being dubbed "nothing more than fly tipping."
