PHOENIX — A West Valley man shot another individual multiple times before turning the gun on himself, authorities said.
Phoenix police officers responded to a shooting incident late Friday morning and found a man with multiple gunshot wounds. Police said the suspect in the shooting was located a short time later with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Both men were taken to the hospital.
Officers responded to an apartment complex for a shooting near 99th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road on Nov. 7. A 28-year-old man was found with serious injuries consistent with a gunshot wound.
The man with the gunshot wound was taken to a local hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries.
