The Trump Administration has appealed a federal court judge's ruling to distribute SNAP benefits.

Gov. Tina Kotek ordered the Oregon Department of Human Services to issue full November benefits instead.

On Nov. 7, 750,000 Oregonians woke up to see the November Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits in their accounts after weeks of uncertainty.
