EL DORADO COUNTY, California (KOLO) - Three people have been indicted as part of an anti-drug operation, including a Reno man.

Kaela Berreman and Anthony Munoz of Markleeville, as well as Tyler Tofanelli of Reno have been indicted on a number of drug and criminal threat charges related to the alleged transportation of fentanyl.

Berreman is now facing charges of transporting fentanyl for sale, Munoz is facing charges of transportation of fentanyl for sale, sale of fentanyl, and possession of fentanyl for sale, Tofanelli has been charged with two counts of making criminal threats and two counts of attempting to dissuade a witness.

As of November of this year, 24 people have been indicted as part of the operation, which is targeting cartel supplied gangs in the Tahoe area.
