LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Lincoln Police Department is investigating a serious injury crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.

First responders were called to the intersection of 84th Street and Cherrywood Drive just after 2:30 p.m. Friday.

According to LPD, the pedestrian has life-threatening injuries.

LPD said northbound 84th Street between A Street and Sandalwood is closed during investigation and cleanup.

A Channel 8 reporter is heading to the scene.
