SANTA CLARA — The 49ers expect defensive end Bryce Huff, the team leader in sacks, to return to action Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams.
But the 49ers continue to battle injuries on defense, with five other players listed as questionable.
Rookie defensive linemen Alfred Collins (hip), Keion White (groin) and Kalia Davis (ankle), and linebackers Dee Winters (knee) and Tatum Bethune (thigh) are listed as questionable, 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said on Friday.
Shanahan said each of those players has a chance to be active and play against the Rams.
Huff, and offensive linemen Jake Brendel and Ben Bartch are cleared to play, Shanahan said.
