BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) -- The owners of Nottoway Plantation and Resort say the historic estate is not for sale and that plans are moving forward to rebuild the mansion that was destroyed by fire earlier this year.

The owners said they are dedicated to restoring the property after the blaze caused major damage to the main house of the 160-year-old structure in Iberville Parish on May 15. Ten fire departments responded to the fire.
