PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Local law enforcement made one arrest related to the ongoing demonstrations outside Portland's Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility on Thursday.
West Linn resident Solomon Kolstad, 28, was arrested and booked into Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of menacing and unlawful use of a weapon. Police said the incident stemmed from an altercation.
Kolstad is the 65th person arrested during the nightly protests, according to a press release from the Portland Police Bureau.
He is scheduled to be arraigned Friday.
