BILAWAL Bhutto Zardari's 'masterstroke' in leaking on `X', on November 3, salient aspects of the proposed 27th Amendment to the 1973 Constitution of Pakistan, has predictably set the cat among pigeons. It is now being said that the proposed changes won’t just curtail powers of the already emasculated higher judiciary but also dangerously dabble in the troubled realm of civil-military relations in Pakistan.
