A Connecticut couple arrested after allegedly performing a sexual act in front of children on a JetBlue flight have dodged criminal charges.

Trista L. Reilly, 43, and Christopher D. Arnold, 42, were arrested in July after their plane landed in Florida, arriving from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport. The couple, from Danbury, had each been charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition in the presence of minors, which is considered a felony in Florida.

However, Florida authorities dropped the charges last week for reasons that were not disclosed, according to The Mercury News .
