Those are the words of ESPN GameDay host Rece Davis. That’s because the stage is set for perhaps the biggest Texas Tech football game in nearly two decades.

This game between the BYU Cougars and the Red Raiders is grabbing the attention of ESPN analysts, including Desmond Howard.

“I’m just so excited we’re here for this matchup,” Howard said. “I believe that the Red Raiders earned this type of attention.”
