PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - Portland Police have arrested two teenagers accused of pistol-whipping and punching a man in the Pearl District.
Investigators say officers responded to an assault call at around 9:18 p.m. on Oct. 9 near NW 13th and NW Quimby.
The victim told officers that two people had pistol-whipped and punched him, leaving him with serious head injuries.
Officers reportedly recovered a handgun magazine nearby.
PPB says investigators determined the attack was not random and identified two suspects in connection to the case—an 18-year-old and a 15-year-old.
Officers served a warrant at the suspects’ home on Friday, where they arrested 18-year-old Jonathan Ramirez-Cisneros of Gresham as well as the 15-year-old suspect.
