Arkansas Democrats’ chairman says governor ‘openly defying’ court order to reschedule special election

The governor and secretary of state have not complied with a court order to move up the special election date in Arkansas House District 70 and thus should be held in contempt of the court, the Democratic Party of Arkansas claimed in new legal filings.
