Myichael Kheal Jahmyi Tyre Lennon, 36, of Lompoc, was sentenced to nine years and four months in prison after being found guilty of five felony counts of theft, according to the district attorney's office.
Between March 15 and May 17, Lennon entered Marshalls and Walmart stores in Lompoc on five separate occasions. Each time, stealing multiple items of merchandise and left the store without paying, often exiting through a fire escape with the stolen goods.
On Aug. 18, a Santa Barbara County jury convicted Lennon of four counts of petty theft with prior convictions and one count of second-degree commercial burglary.
The jury also found that Lennon had previously been convicted of two prior strike offenses.
