CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) - Chesterfield Police say a man has died after he crashed his motorcycle into a tree Friday evening.

Police responded to the crash at the intersection of Otterdale and Old Hundred roads around 8:15 p.m. on Nov. 7.

The motorcyclist was taken to Chippenham Hospital where he later died.

Police are still on scene and the Otterdale and Old Hundred roads area is expected to remain closed “for the next few hours.”
