BURLINGTON, N.C. — Alamance County Crimestoppers are offering up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest in the Aug. 16, 2024, hit-and-run death of 31-year-old Michael Blake Hensley, who was struck while riding a bicycle in the 2700 block of Maple Avenue.
Hensley, a Burlington resident, died at the scene after being hit by a vehicle that fled before officers arrived, authorities said.
The Burlington Police Department and Burlington Fire Department responded to the crash around 11:17 p.m.
Police have released photos of vehicles of interest and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
