KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) - Gabrielle Long said she is concerned for the safety of her children due to drivers illegally passing school buses in Kingsport.
"It actually started out last school year," Long said. "Then it went from happening every once in a blue moon to now it's literally 3 to 4 times a week."
According to Tennessee law, drivers must slow down when they see a bus flashing yellow lights and stop completely when the stop sign on the bus is extended.
Long said she began videoing the bus stops back in September.
She also said she reached out to the officer at her daughter's school, who told her to call the Kingsport Police Department.
