Cambridgeshire is a great place to be if you want a county with some relatively cheap homes mixed with some of the most expensive in the east of England. And one Cambridgeshire street is so affluent, it's full of huge mansions.

Many may have already heard of Chaucer Road, as it is known as the 'Millionaires Row' in Cambridge. On these streets, you'll find grand, luxury detached houses many of which are well over £3 million.

According to Rightmove, houses in Chaucer Road have had an average price of £3,250,000 over the last year. Overall, the historical sold prices in Chaucer Road over the last year were 4% up on the previous year and 42% down on the 2018 peak of £5,600,000.
